RETURN POLICY

DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY

We hope you'll appreciate our products and that you will love every KCARRY item you purchase. We understand that purchases don’t always work out. We fully guarantee and stand by our products. KCARRY offers returns for items in new condition with tags attached within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Customer is responsible for return shipping. If you choose to use the shipping label provided by KCARRY, the return shipping charge of $6.00 will be deducted from the refund. If you would like to return or exchange an unworn, unwashed, unaltered garment and/or holster, please email inquiries@kcarryholsters.com within 7 days of receiving your order to notify us of your intention to return or exchange your order.

HOW TO MAKE YOUR RETURN

Fill out "return reason" on the packing slip included with your original shipment. Please make sure to include a copy of your packing slip in the return shipment so that we may identify your order. When your item is shipped to you, it will include a pre-printed UPS return shipping label. Please attach this label to your shipping packaging making sure to remove or cover the original label. Seal the package and drop off at your nearest UPS location. Go to www.ups.com/dropoff for locations. Within 5 days of receipt of your return, you will receive an email that your return was processed. Returns can take from 3 to 10 days to arrive. A refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. Refunds are for product only and do not include initial shipping cost. Please allow 1 billing cycle for the credit to post to your account. INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

We offer full refunds for returns on International orders for items in new condition with tags attached within 30 days of receipt of shipment. KCARRY does not pay return shipping for International orders and customs duties. VAT fees are non-refundable through KCARRY. You may be able to recover these funds directly by contacting your local customs bureau.

GIFT RETURN POLICY

We are happy to make return arrangements for any item received as a gift. We will issue an e-gift card, which will be sent to you via email. The e-gift card will not expire. We do not offer refunds for items received as gifts. To make arrangements to return items received as a gift, please contact KCARRY customer care at inquiries@kcarryholsters.com.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship all packages within 48 hours of receipt of the order from our Sagle, Idaho warehouse location. We ship outgoing packages via USPS. All orders placed with 2nd-day shipping will be prioritized and sent out same day if the order is received before 12pm PST. Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, once the package has been delivered to the correct location we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. For any special or urgent requests, or to inquire about additional same-day messenger services please contact inquiries@kcarryholsters.com.

PO BOXES:

We cannot ship to PO boxes at this time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

KCARRY is not responsible for any additional taxes or fees that may apply once your package reaches the destination country. Some international shipments may also experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we cannot foresee additional duties or customs delays.
