Returns and Exchanges + -
If you would like to return or exchange an unworn, unwashed, unaltered garment and/or holster, please email inquiries@kcarryholsters.com within 7 days of receiving your order to notify us of your intention to return or exchange your order. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted on items that are dirty or damaged and a receipt or proof of purchase is required. KCARRY will not be held responsible for damages that occur while the garment and/or holster is in customer's care. Refunds will be issued once the terms above have been met. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All sale items are final sale.

Holster
To best maintain your KCARRY holster, follow these instructions. Make sure that the hook and loop closure is lined up and closed, then machine wash in cold water with like colors on gentle cycle and hang dry or hand wash. To promote long wear, handle your holster like any fine garment.
Garments
To best maintain your KCARRY garments, it is recommended that they be machine washed in cold water with the like colors on gentle cycle. Use only non-chlorine bleach and tumble dry low or hang to dry. Use a warm iron if necessary. Do not iron on label area. Garments are to be handled delicately at all times to promote long wear.
